Non-Monogamy Discussion Group Vancouver - May 2026

Welcome to the Non-Monogamy Discussion Group Vancouver! We will be meeting the THIRD Monday of the month at Cross and Crows Books . Bring your ideas, questions and opinions!

May Topic - When Non-Monogamy Feels Hard

Non-monogamy can be exciting, fulfilling and sometimes it feels hard. Even when we’re aligned with this way of engaging in relationships, moments of jealousy, insecurity, comparison, or overwhelm can hit in ways that feel overwhelming.

This month, we’re focusing on the hard moments, how it feels, and what tools do you have to get through it.

Some questions we may explore:

-What moments feel hardest for you in non-monogamy?

-How do you cope when difficult emotions come up? Tools or supports that help you get thru it.

-How do you tell the difference between a hard moment and a deeper issue?

-What does asking for support look like?

This is a peer-to-peer discussion about the messy, human parts of non-monogamy, holding space for both the joy and the challenges.
