North Bay Babble On: Sense & Sensualability (with demos!!!)

North Bay Babble On: Sense & Sensualability

Exploring kink through the five senses (and maybe a sixth or two).

Let’s get tingly. This month’s Babble On invites you to step into the delicious world of sensory play—where temperature teases, textures tantalize, and silence can be just as powerful as sound. From soft and sensual to sharp and shocking, we’ll explore how manipulating the senses can deepen connection, heighten arousal, and turn the body into a playground of endless surprises.

We’ll talk about:

– The big five: touch, sound, sight, taste, smell—and how each can be turned into a scene

– Sensory deprivation and overload: blindfolds, earplugs, hoods, noise, rhythm, immersion

– Temperature play: wax, ice, warm breath, cold metal—yum

– Playing with contrast: scratchy vs silky, rough vs tender

– How intention, pacing, and surprise shape the experience

– Safety tips for using intense stimuli (or taking them away)

This won’t just be talk—we’re planning a playful demo segment, where you can witness (or feel!) how different sensory tools and techniques can completely shift the vibe. Whether you’re a sensation connoisseur or brand new to exploring the senses, come get curious, get connected, and maybe even get goosebumps.

Come on out, bring your questions, and talk about the stuff. Get some great new ideas, and let's build community together!

The first Tuesday of every month. It's ok to come at any time during the meeting. I mean, like come into the room...
