Longing for touch-positive community connection? Join us exploring embodying wholeness the lens of the four directions. We'll continue to experiment with embodying archetypes of the four directions in the Nature Based map of the human psyche. We will practice holding our East and West embodied nature through platonic touch and co-regulation. In this sacred temple space, we'll practice integrating the archetypal facets of our complete self through platonic touch, co-regulation, and somatic presence. We will be exploring ways of honoring both our innocent aliveness and our unknown shadows might hold us in their embrace of opposites.
Through guided experiences, we'll explore what it means to be fully present to our own wholeness while witnessing and supporting others in theirs. Expect opportunities for platonic touch, snuggly massage, solo or contact dance, authentic emotional expression, and the nourishing magic that emerges when we show up as our complete selves in community. This is a non-sexual container where sensuality, wildness, and tender care coexist and inform one another. Whether you're new to this work or familiar with the four directions, come ready to resource yourself through mutual care, discover new dimensions of authentic connection, and experience community as the antidote to fragmentation. Sacred space for the full spectrum of who you are.
