👋 Please note that this is a community-building event. It is NOT a “pick up” event and it is NOT a play/sex event. The purpose of this event is to make friends and build community. Please see the “Community Guidelines” below for more information. All attendees will be required to read the community guidelines before the event, and to give verbal consent to adhere to the guidelines at the event.

WHAT IS A NUDE BEACH HANG?

🏖 We’ll hang out on the beach...naked! We will have different activities like a frisbee, ice breaker beach ball, yard games, ... But mostly we’ll just be relaxing, chatting, and enjoying an evening at the beach! If this is your first time at a nude beach, think of it as a very ordinary beach hangout where we just happen to be naked. Besides the nudity, you should expect no difference between this and any other day at the beach.

🚫 Please note that this is a sober event. Please do not bring alcohol or other substances to this event.

WHEN

🗓 Friday June 20. Please arrive between 4:00 and 4:30pm. Factor in a lot of extra time to pay for parking, drive all the way through Sandy Hook, park, and walk a very far distance to the beach (maybe plan a 3:30 arrival to account for the additional time).

☔️ In the event of inclement weather, please check the event chat before leaving your house. We will announce in the chat by 2pm if we are going to reschedule due to the weather.

WHERE

🌊 We will meet on Gunnison Beach in Sandy Hook. You will enter the Sandy Hook park and pay for parking ($20 per vehicle so try to carpool!). Then you will keep driving all the way through Sandy Hook following signs to Lot G. Shortly before arriving at Lot G, you will pass the entrance to Gunnison beach on your right. Continue to Lot G to park. Carry all your stuff onto Gunnison Beach. The walk is pretty far so pack accordingly. Continue all the way down the path onto Gunnison Beach. We will try to setup along the dunes to your left. Ali will have a colorful tie dye blanket laid out with a very bright neon orange backpack to help you spot us! Please remain clothed until you arrive at our beach location.

WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHAT TO BRING

🌈 When you arrive on Gunnison Beach, look for your host, Ali. She will be wearing a rainbow pride scarf tied on her head. Introduce yourself to Ali and she will review the “Community Guidelines” (see below) with you. You will be asked to verbally agree to the community guidelines.

🤝 Ali will then point you to the co-hosts, Nate, Tab, and Wes. The co-hosts will help you get setup and will introduce you to some people in our group.

🍿 Some things you might want to bring:

1. Something to sit on (beach chair or blanket/towel)
2. Layered clothing (it might get cold on the beach at night...but let's hope not so we can be nudie!)
3. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for yourself
4. Bug spray. Unfortunately the flies like to show up sometimes and ruin a good time!
5. Beach games/activities if you have any! Feel free to post these in the chat so we know what activities we will have.

Please re-read this entire event posting the day of the event, including the community guidelines page, in case any changes/updates were made. If we need to reschedule due to inclement weather, we will post this in the event chat by 2pm on the day of the event.
