Fire cupping is a traditional Chinese therapy that blends heat, anticipation, and trust into an unforgettable healing experience! The Ember Vessel invites attendees to explore how fire can open us up, deepen our connections, and turn vulnerability into something searingly beautiful! This class will cover essential foundations while also showing us how to carry out each procedure safely, making it perfect for those just beginning their fire play journey as well as experienced practitioners looking to add more passion, precision, and confidence to their scenes! All skill levels are welcome.

In this workshop, attendees will learn the ins and outs of the cupping practice. We’ll explore dry body fire play as well as wet body play, focusing on pacing, placement, and reading a bottom’s responses in real time. The class will also include live demonstrations of more advanced fire play techniques, offering a rare opportunity to witness higher-level applications that deepen understanding and spark inspiration. This is an experience you truly won’t want to miss. 🔥

WHAT TO EXPECT

Workshop: This is an in-person workshop in a beautiful and private studio space in Manhattan. The workshop will include 2 hours of discussion & instruction where you will be able to receive and explore new techniques and tips. If you desire, you may receive hands-on practice and demonstration.

Intended Outcomes: You will gain new ways to connect and bond with yourself and others that feel intimate, exciting and invigorating. You will be able to connect and explore your own relationship to this practice and all the yummy sensations possible.

Jam: This will be a participation based gathering where we focus on practicing what you learned in the workshop or know within the context of the workshop. This time is meant for all to be involved on some level within comfort and personal boundaries to be respected. During this time we will open the night up to all other conventional forms of kink play. (No full-on sex play)

WHO CAN ATTEND

Obsidian Playground is an intentional, BIPOC-centered space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color of all genders and orientations.
