WHAT TO EXPECT

In this Intro to Sensation play, we will explore the foundations through a lens of science, pleasure, and intentional connection. Together, we’ll examine how pacing, mindset, and suggestion can transform the lightest touch into a dynamic and deeply attuned dialogue between bodies! By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with practical tools to heighten awareness, build anticipation, and craft experiences that are safe, immersive, and beautifully embodied.

Conscious BD$M explores the intentional connection of vulnerability, trust and awareness to create a beautiful dance of flow and movement between the giver and receiver to create intended sensations, feelings and reactions.

In addition to theory and discussion, there will be practical workshop based segments to learn techniques and skills to enhance your experience. This workshop offers an introduction to BD$M/Klnk that is great for singles, couples, or more, of course keeping safety a priority.

The Experience: This is an in-person workshop in a beautiful and private studio space in Manhattan. The workshop will include 2 hours of discussion & instruction where you will be able to receive and explore new techniques and positions. If you desire, you may receive hands-on practice and demonstration.

Intended Outcomes: You will gain new ways to connect and bond with yourself and others that feel intimate, exciting and invigorating. You will be able to connect and explore your own relationship to this practice and all the yummy sensations possible.

Jam is a practice participation based gathering where we focus on practicing what you learned in the workshop or know within the context of the workshop. This time is meant for all to be involved on some level within comfort and personal boundaries to be respected. This is not a hookup style event and the focus is on practice (Non-Sex Based)

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING

🖤Comfortable attire and tools/props (Some materials will be provided at the space)

WHO CAN ATTEND

Obsidian Playground is an intentional, BIPOC-centered space for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color of all genders and orientations. If you do not identify as BIPOC, you may attend only if you are accompanying a BIPOC partner. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the comfort or safety of the space.
