Open Dungeon at Stopgap

Join us for Open Dungeon! We'll open Stopgap around 8PM for the community to come and enjoy. Whether you want to beat to a beat, tie on a hardpoint, wrestle on mats or use the sensual room or cuddle room, we've got you covered! The entire dungeon will be available - tables, crosses, benches, cages, hardpoints, cuddle room, sensual room, etc. We'll turn down the lights and turn on the music to set the mood. Come connect and enjoy the space!

Dress Code

Outfits should reflect kinky themes. Classic items like leather, corsets, suits & boots are encouraged. Lingerie, fetishwear, and dungeon blacks are also welcome. If unsure, dress as you would for a fancy night out.

Please be mindful that you might have to wait in line outside and that you are welcome to arrive in regular clothes and then change into something else once you get inside!

The Venue

This event will be held at Stopgap in San Francisco. The address will be provided to ticket holders for privacy and safety reasons. For planning purposes, it is in SOMA and a 10 minute walk from the UN Plaza/Civic Center BART station.

While a new venue in it's current iteration, the building itself has a rich history in the kink community. The first floor has lockers, social areas, and play spaces. Descend into the 3100 square foot basement to enjoy historic equipment that many in the community may have enjoyed in days gone by plus some newer pieces from our collection. There will be crosses, benches, tables, bondage chairs, cages, hardpoints and much more! Stopgap is not only located in an important place of kink history, it's a place of history in the making right now.

Accessibility Notes

The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and is fully-accessible, including lockers, social areas, play areas, and two accessible bathrooms. The basement of the venue can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the night, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue, including rotating “party lights” for ambiance. Cell phones are prohibited from being used in the venue and must be stored; however, you may speak to a host about reasonable accommodations if needed for things such as continuous glucose monitoring. Entry

Early Bird Tickets must be purchased through Forbidden Tickets and are highly recommended to save money and secure your spot. The confirmation email will contain the address of the venue. If you have previously been to Stopgap, you may buy a General Admission Ticket at the door via Venmo, Zelle, or on Forbidden Tickets.
