Ass to Grass: Fitness as a Tool of Domination

with MF Dom

a live and recorded online class from Wicked Grounds

1/17 11am Pacific

Advanced ticketing required to attend live or through the recording.

Fitness is a multi-layered practice with benefits that extend far beyond aesthetics, and in many ways, kink operates the same way. Both can be tools for healing, transformation, power exchange, and sensual exploration. The body’s responses to movement, pleasure, strain, endorphins, and challenge can be intentionally woven into kink to build richer, more connected scenes or even empower a thriving 24/7 D/s dynamic.

This class explores how to integrate fitness principles with kink play. We will use the gym, free weights, bodyweight training, conditioning, and mobility work to prepare both doms and subs to experience kink through a heightened physical, emotional, and erotic lens.

PRESENTER:

MF Dom: Dominant | Educator | 8 Years Experience

Dominance is more than control; it’s an experience in trust. How do we set up a scene that allows the sub to trust you with whatever will happen next? How do we create and acknowledge boundaries and ensure they will be respected so that within them you both can revel in the pleasure of suspense, pain, and tension? With eight years of practice in BDSM, MF Dom brings a grounded, intentional approach to power exchange that gets you both there by balancing intensity with care.

MF Dom specializes in impact play, wax play, electro play, and aftercare. He guides partners and students through the physical and emotional rhythms of trust, sensation, and release. His demonstrations and lessons emphasize safety, consent, and connection, inviting others to explore the power of awareness and touch.

Whether leading a workshop or curating a scene, MF Dom’s presence reminds participants that true dominance isn’t about taking, it’s about both partners giving each other a mind-blowing experience built with trust and respect.
