Open Community Crafting Hangout

I wanna hang out with my ENM folk, and do regular people things. You're invited to join me. Come make some art, doodle, fix a hole in your favorite pair of pants, or work on whatever project you’ve got. If you don’t have a project, feel free to come empty-handed and see what you can find. Dustin has a big collection of embroidery thread if you want to mend something or add some fun stitching. It’s a casual afternoon with a mix of ENM folks, some monogamous folks, and maybe a few kids.

VIBE/CONTAINER

Friendly, non-sexual, crafty. Flirting is fine, please refrain from chatting about explicit sex or kink stories, it wouldn't fit the vibe of the container we're aiming to hold.

KID FRIENDLY

Children are welcome, parents please note that the house is not kid-proof.

POTLUCK

It's a casual potluck, eat before you arrive or bring some food to share. If you want to make your food here, there's a stove, oven, and microwave available. Gluten free, onion free, nut free hearty foods are the preferences of the hosts, but all food is welcome and will be enjoyed by someone.

SPACE

My space can fit 10-15 people cozy. If needed we can overflow into John’s side of the house, if we have a larger turnout. I expect people will come and go throughout the day.

Yay for Summer! Our outside space on the porch near the garden and Dustin's workshop space will also be available if you have something more in the "tinkering with tools" variety you'd like to work on.

Also there will be flowers blooming in the garden if you want to soak up some garden vibes. :)

PARKING

Street parking is available. You can park in the parking lot near my place - no time limit as long as you're not staying overnight is the rules for that parking space.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS

This gathering is cannabis and alcohol accepting, BYO, and stick to mild use please, as it’s not the focus of this event. Outside, down wind of the house if you're smoking (windows may be open). Cigarette/tobacco smoke or vapes not welcome on the property (the smell makes Rose nauseated), kindly take them to the street. No other drugs.
