Welcome to Orbits: A polyamory Social Hour

The Orbits San Francisco’s new premier ENM social club, dedicated to meeting other ENM babes both platonically and romantically.

Have you ever wanted to enter a club with the freedom to know that every single person within identifies as non-monogamous or polyamorous?

Are you yearning for a welcoming IRL community?

Do you find yourself with copious amounts of ENM questions, but want non-judgemental queer polyam peeps to confide in?

The Orbits is the safe haven for queers looking to deepen their experience in ENM and have fun while doing it.

Solo peep and those looking for peer support, come down early! Your hosts for the evening will be facilitating new connections through group circles.

What to expect

1. Social hour at the beginning from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
2. Bingo time is from 7:00pm-9pm
3. Different colored wrist bands signaling the types of connections you are open to and looking for.
4. Dancing is available in the back space with DJ Poptart!
5. Looking to connect and yap with someone(s)? Use the back space for conversations.

Doors open at 5:30pm. Come early to meet new pals! Your hosts will be there to ease you into a night of connecting!

If you’re non-monogamous and interested in making new friends or hanging out with existing pals, come on down. You don’t need to be experienced in ENM to join. Poly-curious babes are welcome! Come on your own, bring your ex or bring the whole polycule – both individuals and groups are welcome.

This is a 21+ event.

About your hosts

Janine (@xojaninemichele) is the one who has been taught workshops and 1:1s on both kink and ENM and Maritza (@ never_._meant) loverboy and connection building afficionado.

Why are we doing this?

Because technology already plays a huge role in all of our lives, there’s nothing like the magic of meeting new folks IRL. Especially ENM folks!

About the venue

1. The Stud is the oldest queer bar in San Francisco!
2. There is no dress code!
3. There is a fully stocked bar and there will be cocktails and mocktails for attendees to purchase! Tip your bartender ;)

Accessibility

1. The event is across the ground floor of the venue.
2. There is plenty of seating throughout.
3. Please let us know if you have any particular accessibility questions or requirements and we'll be very happy to accommodate you.

House rules

1. Orbits was created by queer and polyamorous people for our community, and we aim to create a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages (21+) and backgrounds, as such we operate with the following rules:
2. This is a social event for non-monogamous people to make friends and connect.
3. We will not tolerate creepiness, cruising or discrimination.
4. We have a strict 'NO HATE' policy. Please be respectful of fellow attendees and their boundaries.
5. Anyone found to be breaking the house rules will be removed from the event and barred from future events.
