Come learn about how playing with power (your erotic power) can open up whole new worlds for you (and your partner).

Join us April 25, 2025 at 7:30 pm (at the beautiful Zula Den space in Los Angeles) for a fun night of play, somatic exploration, and some BDSM knowledge ! (no nudity or sexual touching allowed)

This uniquely integrated workshop combines light, playful exploration of BDSM facilitated by renowned BDSM Coach and kink educator Emily Anne with mindful, embodied presence taught by international acting teacher and healer Dr. Budi Miller.

Make it a date night or come solo and mingle!

This workshop takes place not in a dungeon, but in a warm, relaxed, and non-intimidating environment with a beautiful spiritual vibe.

Come in comfortable clothes that you feel good in and bring a pen and paper.

In the beginning, be prepared to mingle and have some snacks and beverages.

Then, listen to two top instructors educate you on:

1. how your body and mind work together,
2. how to regulate your nervous system, and
3. how to relax and be ready for play!

Once we are warmed up and happy and comfortable in our bodies, you will relax and listen to us cover the basics of BDSM and the energetics and psychology of erotic power.

Next, we will do some low-key exercises meant to show you how to embody your authentic dominance or submission and have some fun "playing with power." You will understand the difference between power, force, strength and status.

Finally, given those fundamentals we will move on to Emily Anne performing a demo of light impact play and light bondage. We will show you how these tools can be used to embody dominance and submission through intention. Volunteers welcome, but no student participation necessary.

This fun, playful, totally unique lecture (and hands-on demos by instructors), offers participants an inviting space to engage deeply with their body, energy, and emotional presence.

Emily Anne brings her extensive experience coaching and teaching kink and BDSM, demonstrating foundational BDSM practices, including:

1. the thrill of role play in kink
2. sensation play
3. light bondage
4. light impact play, and
5. consent, boundaries and safety protocols.

Dr. Miller’s training and expertise in Acting and Bioenergetic Healing will guide you in:

1. how to let your body play
2. releasing emotional blockages
3. grounding into your authentic self
4. enhancing your personal presence, and
5. embodying your erotic power.
