What to Expect: Alchemy
- OPEN: We'll begin by exploring somatic movements that support you in grounding and moving with the present moment as it is.
- MEDITATE: We'll explore a basic sitting practice designed to become aware of what needs attention or transformation. Clarify your intention by allowing all of who you are in that moment to arrive in one place.
- LIBERATE: Now it's time to alchemize and deepen your relationship with your emotional needs through embodied movement.
- PLEASURE: Integration through pleasurable activities like gentle movement, stretching, self-massage, journaling, creativity, or simple sitting.
What You'll Need
- A private place to move, feel, and express. You'll need enough space to move, stretch out, and lay down. Since you may express yourself with sounds and words, you may want to communicate this to others in your space.
- Journal: A place to write, paint, or speak your thoughts.
- Pillows & Blankets. You may want a few pillows to squeeze, punch, hug, or lay on.
Who Should Attend
- Anyone and everyone who wants to transform old energy and make space for fresh energy to flow. For those who want to live embodied and well. No previous experience is necessary.
- Best for those who have been or are in therapy or working with other somatic and healing modalities.
Who Should NOT Attend
- This class is not advised for those with severe mental illness, seizure disorders, or anyone who is not familiar and comfortable with working with deep seated emotions.

Repressed and unexpressed emotions can pile up and block us from experiencing deep and lasting rest and even pleasure. When we alchemize our emotions, we liberate our energy, calm our nervous systems, and activate our joy.
We can train ourselves to be good stewards of our energetic and emotional realms by showing up to do the work to alchemize so we can move fluidly between stress and pleasure.
