Each show features “The Catch” who already has at least one love and is looking for more. The Catch’s current partner acts as the ultimate wingperson, pitching The Catch to the audience via a PowerPoint presentation, followed by contestants in the "Poly Pool" pitching themselves in the same way. The host then introduces a series of challenges to help The Catch make their decision. Will love be found in the Poly Pool? Will the partner help The Catch make a match… or two? Will we all just hook up after the show anyway?
