Plura

Polyamorous Communication Skills

WORKSHOP INFO

When and how do I tell my partner about my jealous feelings?

How do I say "no" to a partner without it sounding unkind?

How do I assert a boundary with a metamour?

These are conversations that many of us in polyamory struggle to have and don't have much practice in navigating with our loved ones. In this workshop, you will learn how to have important and often challenging conversations with partners (and their partners and their partners) in ways that encourage connection, compassion, and empathy, that are clear and honest, and that demonstrate kindness and a willingness to hold space for everyone involved in the conversation.

You will learn how to exhibit care for others and for yourself in how you communicate about your polyamory.
