Join us for our Poly Processing Group in Glendale! This is a gathering where individuals who practice or are interested in polyamory can come together to share experiences, discuss challenges, and provide mutual support. This is a safe, non-judgmental space for people to talk about their relationships, navigate the complexities of polyamory, and connect with others who share similar values or experiences.

The purpose of the group is to foster open communication, encourage self-reflection, and offer resources or advice on topics that may arise within polyamorous relationships, such as communication, boundaries, jealousy, or time management.

During each group, we focus on key topics that include:

Communication and Boundaries

How do you ensure clear communication with multiple partners?

What are some effective ways to set and respect boundaries within polyamorous relationships?

Jealousy and Insecurity

How do you deal with feelings of jealousy or insecurity in polyamory?

What strategies have helped you manage your emotions when a partner is involved with someone else?

Time Management and Prioritization

How do you balance time between multiple partners, family, and personal obligations?

How do you navigate scheduling conflicts or unmet needs?

Navigating Expectations

How do you manage differing expectations between partners?

What has worked for you in handling “relationship escalator” expectations (e.g., living together, exclusivity)?

Addressing Stigma and Social Pressure

How do you respond to people who don’t understand or accept your polyamorous lifestyle?

Have you experienced social or family pressures, and how have you handled them?
