TakeDown Techniques w/ RogueRigger (Online)

Learn how to take your partners down with skill, control, and a whole lot of fun. This class introduces several takedown techniques that are accessible, adaptable, and built for real scenes. As we move through each technique, you will explore why it works, how to adjust it for partners of different sizes, and what both tops and bottoms need to keep in mind for safe, grounded play.

We will finish with a dynamic rugby style tackle that ties everything together and shows how these pieces can flow into a powerful full body movement. This class assumes no experience at all. You will leave with practical exercises you can practice right away with a willing partner and a fresh sense of confidence in your physical play.

About the Instructor

Rogue has been coaching Quadball, a mixed gender full contact sport, for a decade. He’s been teaching people of all sizes and skill levels to safely give as good as they get in this role. Rogue also practices a variety of other movement-based activities, including rock climbing, acro-yoga, and fire dance. During these activities, he frequently teaches and encourages new participants.

In kink, Rogue can frequently be found tying, doing impact, and, most relevant to this course, participating in rough body play. In his rough body play, Rogue incorporates many of the techniques he will be teaching in this class.

The waiting room opens 15 minutes early at 6:45PM PT. Instruction begins at 7PM PT.
