Stigma thrives in silence, and this workshop is here to change that.

Join us for a compassionate, participant-driven space where we’ll explore what it means to live with and move through herpes stigma. This session won’t be a generic lecture. It will be shaped by your questions and experiences. Attendees are invited to submit their thoughts ahead of time through an anonymous form, and our facilitator will guide the conversation based on what the community needs most.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, living long-term with HSV, navigating disclosure, or supporting someone who is, this space is for you.

About the Instructor

Courtney Brame is the founder of Something Positive for Positive People, a 501c3 nonprofit organization supporting people navigating stigma. In 2017 this started as a suicide prevention awareness resource for people with herpes and has evolved to become all-stigma inclusive in order to combat the negative psychological impacts of identity invalidation, the peak consequence of stigma. Through podcasting, presence practices including Yoga, and the facilitation of community spaces such as this workshop, Courtney supports people in practicing validating their own identities with all presence no pressure.
