On July 17th, Gina Mostafa (she/they), health educator and community organizer, will be facilitating the Psychedelics & Social Transformation Edition Workshop of their Queering Existentialism Salon, in partnership with SuciaNYC. This is the second part of this two-part interactive workshop will be available both virtually and in-person (in Bushwick, BK).
In this workshop, Gina will lead us in grounding in our bodies through mediation, before group discussion and reflection on what it means to use psychedelics with intentionality.
This event will also include a group discussion on psychedelics and social justice, as well as how we can center the values of anti-racism, anti-capitalism and the dismantling of white supremacy through our relationship with psychedelics, ourselves, each other, and society at large.
Location: Bushwick, Brooklyn & Virtual
Doors open at 6PM. All attendees must be in attendance by 7:15PM when the workshop commences.
The workshop is followed by discussions around what was discussed and a game night.
