Your pelvic floor is a powerful center of support, sensation, and stability — yet most of us were never taught how it actually works or how to care for it well. Pussy Pilates is an embodied, shame-free movement class that goes far beyond basic Kegels, helping you understand your pelvic floor in a practical, empowering, and pleasurable way. You’ll learn how to feel these muscles, move with them intentionally, and cultivate both strength and release.

Through breath, gentle movement, and mindful attention, we’ll explore pelvic floor anatomy in clear, accessible language. You’ll discover how tension, posture, and breath influence your pelvis — and why “tighter” isn’t always better. We’ll also demystify popular vaginal wellness trends and tools (like stone eggs and weighted devices), discussing what can be helpful, what’s hype, and how to use them safely and effectively.

Bring a yoga mat (chairs provided if preferred), water, and note taking/journaling tools. This inclusive class welcomes adult bodies with vaginas (whether yours is factory-installed or an aftermarket upgrade) of all sizes, gender and ability-levels.

There is no sexual touch of oneself or others in this class.
