QUEERDOS: Queerer, Kinkier, & Prouder - Pride Edition!

An Intentional Space Created By Queers For Queers!

Join us again at Stopgap for the next chapter of Queerdos this Pride- an exhilarating night of queer and kinky exploration and play! Queerdos is a sexy, kinky play party created to specifically prioritize, center, and celebrate queer people in kink and sex-positive communities. We’re crafting an unabashed, safer space for connection, conversation, dance, exploration and play in an increasingly uncertain world.

This play party was created, and is run, by queer people for queer people. If you self-identify as queer, you are queer enough to come. Non-queer partners are also welcome as long as they attend with their queer partner and stay together throughout the event.

Queerdos is a celebration of queer identities, experiences, and community. We know that many queer folks have non-queer partners they’d like to share this space with, and we welcome those partners when attending together. However, this event is not open to allies attending on their own. We appreciate the support, but this space is intentionally created by and for queer people and their established partners. Thank you for respecting the intention and spirit of the event.

Inclusivity & Safety

We warmly invite and encourage queer individuals of all ages, races, ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, and abilities to attend our event. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe, respected, and celebrated. Your unique identity and experiences enrich our community, and we look forward to sharing this special experience with you.

Note: This event centers queer people and their established non-queer partners. If you’re not queer and aren’t attending with a queer partner, we ask that you honor the intention of this space by sitting this one out. Your support means a lot, and creating gatherings that center queer experiences is part of how we build a safer and more affirming community.

Consent and respectful behavior required. Read the event rules and consent guidelines.

Accessibility Notes:

The entrance to the space is on the ground floor and includes lockers (bring your own lock or purchase one at the front desk for $10), vendor areas, play areas, and two bathrooms. The basement of the venue can only be reached via stairs. There will be music playing throughout the event, and ear plugs are available for free at the front desk. There are colored lights in use throughout the venue, including rotating “party lights” for ambiance. Cell phones are prohibited from being used in the venue and must be stored; however, you may speak to a host about reasonable accommodations if needed for things such as continuous glucose monitoring.

Dress Code:

Dressing queer and/or weird is strongly encouraged in order to help maintain the immersive ambiance of the night. We encourage you to dress up at least a little. Make an effort to impress, but if nothing else comes to mind then dress as you would for a fancy night out.
