In anticipation of Thanksgiving and the holidays, this Rage Club is for transforming our family relationships - on reclaiming your authority and healing the pressures, expectations, abuses, and wounds that you took on from your parents, family, or ancestry. (You won't be limited to working with family-related anger.)

In addition to the usual parts of Rage Club on embodying, expressing, and building conscious connection to our anger, we’ll practice

  1. Being with others’ unconscious anger: handling the high charge, hooks, and manipulations we often run into with family
  2. Accessing and expressing our anger consciously with our family in a responsible yet powerful way
  3. Cutting old energetic cords with your parents, removing pressure/expectation from them, and staying grounded in your center and authority

Modern Culture does not initiate us to truly leave our parents’ energetic bubbles. We grow up, build careers, and start families, but their energy often still lives in us: their fears, expectations, and manipulations.

Instead of standing in our authority, we remain remarkably unstable with them. How long does it take before you collapse back into childhood patterns, shrink yourself smaller, or explode in irrational anger with them? We react this way because we don’t know how to clear our energetic space, keep our boundaries, or because our unhealed wounds trigger outdated survival strategies.

This Rage Club is about healing those wounds and practicing the tools so you can be with family as a source of presence, clarity, and love, instead of perpetually reacting to their past or current transgressions.

(You won't be limited to working with family-related anger.)

Love,

Daway & Meredith
