Reckoning & Repair: Love in Adulthood Monthly [free]

Some ruptures in a relationship might feel like the end of what was... could it also be the place of what's next?

This is where reckoning and repair comes in. With wisdom and compassion, this Sex Coach + Sex Therapist duo has helped many couples walk through the fire, and they're here to guide you, too.

If you've experienced a relationship rupture, are dealing with one now, or want to know how to prepare just in case, this is the framework for you. Betrayals can be huge impact events. They can also feel like 1,000 cuts. From infidelity and deep betrayal to the accumulation of everyday grievances over time, repair is possible. However, reckoning comes first.

Reckoning & Repair is a trauma-informed, honest exploration of what it takes to come back into connection after real harm has been done. There is no quick-fix, but a gentle rebuild from within.

In this 90-minute workshop, we'll explore:

  • What makes certain ruptures so hard to recover from
  • The differences between an apology and accountability
  • How the nervous system holds betrayal, and what it needs before trust can be restored
  • What repair curve looks like in real time (hint: it's not linear or fast)
  • How to know if a relationship is worth fighting for
  • How to begin the process of healing

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of relationship structure. We are queer/kink/trans/polyam/ENM friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

These free Love in Adulthood monthly workshops (formally shared as Mindful Sex Monthly) are hosted by Andrea and Christopher—a Sex Coach and Sex Therapist who also happen to be (newly) married! We can't wait to explore this with you.
