RECLAIM: Women's Self-Defense Class

A powerful evening of release, reclamation, and real-world self-defense.

This is not a self-care workshop. This is not about bubble baths and breathing exercises.

This is for the woman who has been touched without permission. Who has been talked over, dismissed, or made to feel small. Who has smiled when she wanted to scream. Who has shrunk herself to make someone else comfortable.

RECLAIM is a full-body, full-voice experience where we do two things:

We go IN — and we go HARD.

You'll start with Eliza in a somatic group processing session. We'll name what happened. We'll move what's been stuck in your body. We'll find your YES and your NO — out loud, on purpose, with witnesses. Because before you can defend yourself in the world, you have to stop abandoning yourself inside.

Then Jorden Kirkland walks in — and we learn how to fight back.

Literally.

You'll leave knowing how to use your body as a weapon. How to get out of a hold. How to make noise, take up space, and cause real damage if you need to. Because reclaiming your power isn't just emotional — it's physical.

This is for survivors. For the fed up. For the woman who never got to say what she needed to say. Or for the ones that want to be ready in case the occasion arrives.

Come exactly as you are. Due to the nature of this workshop, we're only allowing attendees 15+ with a parent or guardian present.
