Trixxie Carr is a drag queen, musician and creatrixx who plays with iconography and myth, and is one of the first drag performers out of San Francisco to truly be celebrated for their unabashed femininity and shameless womanhood. Always pushing boundaries and defying assumptions, her politically subversive drag created a shockwave felt internationally, and she continues to flaunt her individuality, refusing to conform to preconceived standards and expectations of what “drag” is or should be.
