Reimagining Relationship: An Educational and Supportive Workshop Series on Opening Up Relationships & Exploring Consensual Non-Monogamy

Are you and your partner(s) considering opening up? Or have you newly opened up your relationship? 

Curious about consensual non-monogamy or want to learn more skills? 

Seeking a safe space to explore and discuss your options with like-minded folx?

Join our 6-week educational and supportive group designed for individuals, couples, and moresomes interested in exploring consensual non-monogamy. Each week, we will delve into key topics related to opening up relationships, including communication, trust, boundaries, and managing challenging emotions. Group will consist of structured discussions and topic-based presentations in a supportive and non-judgmental environment led by two licensed therapists specializing in relationship dynamics and non-traditional relationships. Whether you are just beginning to explore non monogamy or are seeking more skills and support for existing relationships, you'll gain insights and tools to creatively vision and navigate your unique relationship desires and dynamics.

Group Sessions Cover:

  • Understanding different forms of consensual non-monogamy
  • Dynamics, challenges, and rewards of consensual non-monogamy
  • Communication strategies for navigating open relationships
  • Establishing boundaries and agreements
  • Managing jealousy and other emotions

Group Information

  • This group is open to all. We encourage folx of all genders, orientations, and identities to join. Group facilitators identify as queer, trans/non-binary and/or BIPOC and strive to create a safer inclusive container.
  • We will meet for 6 sessions - Every Monday 6:30-8pm (Pacific Time) from October 14 - November 18
  • Group will take place online on Zoom
  • Group cost: $480 covers the full 6 sessions; please contact us for sliding scale options

We do ask that folx commit to attend all 6 sessions. If you anticipate missing more than 2 sessions, please discuss with facilitators in advance to determine if the group will still meet your needs.

About the facilitators:

We are two licensed therapists that approach our work with a compassionate, non judgmental stance and specialize in working with clients and communities that are practicing all different forms of non monogamy. We have been colleagues since 2012 and have co-facilitated groups and classes together for 8 years.
