The group therapy promotes psychological well-being through movement practice for people with relational trauma histories. It provides opportunities to explore the psychological implications of relationship patterns and to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
The therapist is a Certified Laban Movement Analyst and utilizes the human movement study called Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analysis. The therapist was inspired by Dr. George’s attachment theory (Adult Attachment Projective picture System), Dr. Perry's relational health, Infant-Parent Mental Health concept of "Serve and Return", and principles of Contact Improvisational Dance.
