Resonance is part of The Sanctuary Sessions — our private, connection-first gatherings inside The Sanctuary of East Harlem. These nights are designed for the curious, the returning, and the completely brand new.

Instead of dropping you straight into play, Resonance begins with something far more powerful: genuine, human connection.

Through The Connection Lab—a guided series of one-on-one conversations—you’ll meet people with openness, warmth, and ease. No speed-dating energy. No pressure. Just real conversations with people who are here to connect.

Afterward, you’ll have a chance to observe, ask questions, and try hands-on tastings of different BDSM practices guided by experienced facilitators.

Everything is beginner-friendly, consent-driven, and paced with care.

WHAT TO EXPECT

7:00 PM – Doors & Social Hour

1. Tour the space, get grounded, meet the community, and settle in.
2. Bring a snack to share and enjoy our relaxed BYOB flow.

8:00 PM – The Connection Lab

1. Rotate through guided one-on-one conversations using curated questions from over 30 themes.
2. Expect moments of recognition, shared vulnerability, and the kind of connection that feels natural and unforced.

9:30 PM – Closing Circle

1. A group reflection to ground, integrate, and set intentions for exploration.

10:00 PM–Midnight – BDSM Tastings & Demos
