A women's retreat of grief, voice & body reclamation held in sacred waters at Harbin Hot Springs. Ritual, rest & renewal await.
What happens when we grieve together — not just with our minds, but through the body and voice? What if we could reclaim the parts of ourselves we were taught to abandon — the soft, the wild, the loud, the grieving, the sovereign?
Join us for Return to the Waters, a 3-day intimate women’s retreat held at the sacred grounds of Harbin Hot Springs — where geothermal waters, ancient trees, and the song of the land will hold us as we remember who we truly are.
So much grief lives beyond words. Singing — especially toning, humming, and vibrational sound — can move what the mind cannot reach. You’ll be gently guided in opening your vocal channel to soothe, release, and remember.
You do not need to be a “singer” — just willing to explore the resonance of your own truth.
Friday evening – Soft arrival, optional soak, gentle opening circle
Saturday – Waters ritual, grief writing, body & voice reclamation, witnessing circles, evening ritual
Sunday – Final private closing circle, optional public sound healing, departure

She is also an intuitive guide, sound practitioner, and sacred spaceholder who weaves together energy healing, ancestral wisdom, mantra, and earth-based practices to support transformation and remembrance.
Through her practice, Rising Lotus Reiki, Virpal empowers individuals on their healing journey back home to themselves — helping them reclaim their voice, embody authenticity, and realign with personal sovereignty and truth. Her work includes 1:1 Reiki sessions (in-person and remote), Reiki trainings, Women’s Circles, Reiki Sound Healings, Medicine Ceremonies, retreats, and workshops.
She integrates the teachings of her ancestors and lineage with modern energy and sound healing modalities, guiding others to connect with their inner voice, awaken ancestral memory, and align with soul purpose. With a heartfelt devotion to community, she is also reconnecting with her harmonium and the sacred devotional practice of Kirtan — honoring her roots while bridging across cultures through healing sound.
Virpal is passionate about supporting women in reclaiming their truth, reconnecting with their wombs, and shedding the layers of ancestral trauma, internalized stories, and unprocessed grief that often live in the body. She honors the womb and voice as powerful creative centers — not only as gateways of life, but as sacred vessels for healing, transformation, and remembrance.
"I created this retreat as a sanctuary for women to come home to their own voices, to release grief held in the body, and to remember that healing can be both tender and powerful. Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a space of sacred sisterhood. May the waters hold you. May your truth rise."
