Join us for a deeply nourishing and immersive couples experience designed to strengthen connection, deepen intimacy, and build practical relational skills you can carry into everyday life. This workshop weaves together sacred sexuality practices with relationship principles grounded in the renowned research of Dr. John Gottman, one of the world’s leading relationship scientists.
Couples will explore 7 core relationship principles based on Dr. John Gottman’s work that support trust, communication, emotional safety, and long-term partnership. Couples will also learning embodied and sacred intimacy practices that cultivate deeper presence, attunement, and connection.
This is a guided, experiential, and relational workshop. Couples will participate in structured exercises, partner practices, and connection rituals designed to support emotional and physical intimacy in ways that are respectful, emotionally aware, and choice based.

All practices are invitational and couples are always encouraged to move at their own pace and comfort level.
The workshop takes place on a peaceful, scenic farm in Hood River, Oregon over Memorial Day weekend, offering a restorative environment that supports relational presence and embodied connection.
During breaks, couples can:

• Observe and spend quiet time near the animals
• Visit the llamas, goats, bunnies, cows, and horses
• Enjoy private moments of reflection and connection in nature
