If you love being tied, this monthly gathering is a chance to connect with others who share that experience. It’s a discussion group for rope bottoms and switches attending in their bottom role.
Creating a Safe(r) Space:
The conversation centers on the bottom perspective. We share knowledge, compare notes about time under rope, and talk through questions that don’t always get much space in typical rope discussions. Sometimes the focus is practical; other times it’s simply about being in a room where the bottom experience is understood.
Whether you’re newer to rope or have years of experience being tied, this is a place to talk openly, listen, and continue growing in your rope journey.
To help keep the space comfortable and candid, the group is limited to bottoms and switches wearing their bottom hat.
Come share, listen, and connect with others who love rope from the bottom side.
Event Host: Sunshinne33
Bio: Sunshine (she/her) is a lifelong lover of rope, yoga teacher, and bottom leaning switch who joined the scene in September 2024, where she began to be tied by those who shared her love of shibari.
Like a lot of new rope bottoms learning on their own, there was a period of painful trial and error, until finding reputable sources for bottoming education. She quickly became passionate about finding more and since then has taken upwards of 30 hours of bottoming education courses, online and in person including somatics, injuries in rope, intro to suspension for bottoms and an 8 hour online “Essentials for Bottoms” intensive with Rion Riot and Natalie Rose. She is passionate about sharing her experiences and learnings to support other bottoms, both new and experienced.
