Join us for a heart-centered evening where tantra, shibari, and somatics meet in a shared intention: to cultivate deep presence, embodied connection, and transformative surrender through the power of rope.

We’ll explore how rope can be more than just technique-it can be a tool for connection and meditation, a pathway into flow state, and a powerful mirror for how we give and receive trust, sensation, and presence with ourselves and others.

You’ll receive a brief, accessible overview of nervous system states that affect how we connect and play, as well as simple, potent tantric and somatic practices to regulate and co-regulate, whether you're tying, being tied, or tying solo. This workshop is open to rope tops, bottoms, switches, and curious beginners of all identities, orientations, and experience levels.
