How Does All This Work?

We begin with a welcome circle, easy relaxation activities, communication exercises and a description of the Tantra Sensual massage etiquette. The event culminates in a voluntary “massage touch lab”. And yes, Touch is always consensual, respectful and never a requirement to participate or do. And at this event, you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion & empathy, a decrease in blood pressure & anxiety and little less of the busy & crazy chatter of the mind, and just might get a much better night’s sleep.
