San Jose Hypnosoiree - September 2025 edition

This is a sex celebratory, body positive, hands-on, cuddle encouraging kinky and recreational hypnosis event at our San Jose home. We cater for all skill levels from curious beginner to hypno-houdini!

We have a big hot tub! Please bring a towel if you're interested in using it. There is also indoor and outdoor social space, bedrooms for kink scenes, and a library full of cushions for quieter cuddles or aftercare. Snacks and refreshments are provided.

COVID cases are relatively high these days, so we will be requiring testing in the backyard before entry. We have tests available, but if you can bring one, please do. Testing opens at 7pm, doors open at 7:30, and orientation/opening circle is at 8pm.

**If you're new to our events**, we kindly ask that you fill out a short questionnaire before receiving an invitation, as these gatherings take place in a private home. To get started, please complete this hypnosoiree google form and then

reach out to Mazirian on FetLife or email Mazirian. If your responses feel like a good fit, you’ll receive a registration code to join us. We're looking forward to getting to know you!

If you've been to previous events, you may have already received a promo code for registering. If you don't have one, contact Mazirian to get one.

The Riverhaven address will appear in the confirmation email with your ticket.

**House Rules**:

- Consent is mandatory. We encourage enthusiastic consent. This means you must ask someone before you touch, influence or hypnotise them. Enthusiastic consent means giving and receiving very clear 'yes' signals such as nodding emphatically, saying 'yes' or other affirmative words. Negotiating up during scenes is not permitted.

- This is an inclusive event. No "isms" will be tolerated. We want everyone to feel welcome, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, religion, or other characteristics.

- Please keep doors open during your scenes. Voyeurs are permitted! Please stay at the maximum possible distance from whatever you’re watching. Back off more if asked. Remember negotiation and aftercare are still part of the scene as well. Don’t interrupt!

- House safeword is 'Red'. This means absolutely stop immediately.

- Be careful about who is in a photograph if you take one, and be sure to check in with everyone before taking a photo.

- Please inform event organisers if you plan on doing any consensual non-consent play, or if you are in a dynamic/relationship/connection where blanket or prior consent has been obtained and is still valid according to both parties.

- Be respectful in your actions and words. Please take turns talking, don't talk over others, and maintain politeness. Please monitor your fantastic contributions and if you notice you've been speaking for a while, make space for someone else to have a turn.

- If you don't know what something in this list means, please ask us! We're happy to help.

- We reserve the right to remove anyone at any time from our event, especially as it is held in a private home and guests must therefore comply with reasonable expectations of behaviour.
