Wrestling for Sapphics by The Domme Kat
Wrestling is playful, physical, a little competitive and undeniably intimate.
This sapphic-centered workshop and jam brings wrestling off the bright mats and into something closer, queerer and more connected. Think body-to-body pressure, slower movement and deliberate control, where sport meets kink in a way that feels both grounded and electric.
Whether you’re athletic, brand new or somewhere in between, this is your space to explore submission wrestling through a sapphic lens, then actually play with it.
What You’ll Learn
We begin with guided instruction, then open into a structured, facilitated jam.
Workshop includes:
• Foundations of submission wrestling in a safer, accessible way
• How to initiate, negotiate and build a wrestling dynamic
• Close-contact and bed-style adaptations (less impact, more tension)
• Pins, holds and transitions designed for intimacy and control
• Ways to layer in dominance, playfulness and sensuality
• Light, guided practice so you can feel what you’re learning
Then we jam:
An open, guided space to wrestle, experiment and connect at your own pace.
Beginners Welcome
No experience needed. Come solo or with a partner.
While partners aren’t guaranteed, there will be opportunities to practice and connect.
