Second Sundays Support at HOLISTIKA

We’ve condensed our sacred and most desired support offerings (grief processing, addiction awareness & spiritual integration) into a recurring support circle which takes place on the second sunday of each month, 10-11:15a.

During this time, you’re encouraged to bring forth whatever may be present for you, similar to a session with a therapist. Our trauma-informed and certified practitioner guides a safe and respectful share space using methods such as IFS, non-violent communication, authentic relating and conscious conversation as you are witnessed by other members of our collective, heard and held in love.

This circle is for you if you desire to be seen, receive love and are curious about personal development and growth from a compassionate and open-hearted place. Sharing is not required to attend, come as you are.
