You Don’t Have to Love Yourself… Starting Authentic Self-Relationships

There is a story out there that you need to love yourself before you can love someone else, or that you must learn to love yourself before you can be fully lovable. What if we started somewhere else - as being our own roommate (even if you live with others), co-worker (whether self-employed or based at a large company), or friend (whether solo or with a dense web you care about already). What if we started not with love, but with compassion, connection, care, appreciation, or simply doing better by ourselves. In this class and discussion we will find an array of relationships we can have with ourselves, explore tools to reach towards each one, and commit to one step we can do today towards crafting an authentic self-relationship.

Free to Patrons of all levels. Recordings of all classes available to those at the Spirit, Soul, and Eye-to-Eye levels.
