Sensory Yoga Workshop – A Partner Presence Experience

When was the last time you truly felt present in your body? Fully safe to explore touch, sensation, and connection without performance or expectation?

Most of us move through life disconnected from our senses—rushing, performing, holding back. We've learned to guard our bodies, restrict our breath, and keep intimacy at arm's length, even with those closest to us.

This workshop is your permission slip to slow down.

Through mindful movement, guided sensory rituals, and embodied practices, you'll explore what it means to be grounded, safe, and genuinely connected—to yourself first, and then with others.

What Makes This Different

This isn't your typical yoga class. And it's not a couples workshop where you just sit across from your partner and stare into each other's eyes.

This is a somatic journey that combines:

  1. Gentle yoga to settle into your body and release tension
  2. Simple partner connection exercises that build trust and presence
  3. Sensory exploration using blindfolds, taste, touch, and breath
  4. 100% consent-based practices where you choose your level of participation at every step

You'll learn to receive pleasure without guilt, give touch without agenda, and communicate boundaries with ease.

Perfect for:

  1. Individuals wanting to reconnect with their bodies and sensuality
  2. Partners seeking a new way to experience intimacy together
  3. Anyone curious about conscious touch in a safe, structured environment
  4. Those who've done "all the therapy" but crave embodied healing

About Your Facilitator: Ronna

Ronna doesn't just teach embodiment—she lives it.

With a rich background spanning gymnastics, yoga, dance, tantra, and energy-guided practices, she's spent decades learning how the body heals, opens, and connects. But what makes her teaching special isn't just her training—it's her presence.

Ronna creates spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, supported enough to explore, and seen enough to show up fully. Her approach blends playfulness with grounding, movement with stillness, and always, always—trust with permission.

She knows what it's like to live disconnected from the body. And she knows the path back.

FAQ

Do I need to bring a partner?

Nope! Singles are absolutely welcome. You'll have opportunities to work with others in the group for connection exercises, or you can choose to work solo—it's completely up to you.

I've never done yoga. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes! This is a gentle, accessible practice. Ronna will offer modifications and there's no "right way" to do anything. It's about feeling, not performing.

What if I'm uncomfortable with certain exercises?

You have complete autonomy. If something doesn't feel good, you can opt out, modify, or just observe. Your "no" is always honored.

Is this a couples workshop?

It's designed for both individuals AND partners. If you come with a partner, you'll have the option to work together. If you come solo, you'll be invited to partner with others for certain exercises (always optional).

What's the vibe?

Warm, grounded, playful, safe. Think candlelight, soft music, gentle facilitation, and a group of humans who are also a little nervous and a lot curious.

Why Now?

Most of us have spent years disconnected from our bodies, guarding our hearts, and moving through intimacy on autopilot.

This workshop is a reset.

Three hours to remember:

  1. What it feels like to be truly present
  2. How to receive without guilt
  3. That your body is wise, worthy, and yours

Limited to 16 participants. Once spots are gone, they're gone.
