Sex Educator Showdown: Reid Mihalko vs. Dr. Alison Ash (with live demos!)

This event is sold out! Want to catch Reid and Dr. Aly in action? Join us for Oral Sex Grad School on August 4th!

What better way to learn practical sex education that you can actually use when you get home than to watch two sex educators go head-to-head and reveal their best bedroom moves?

See Show-N-Tell Sex Education at its best with this Sex Educator Showdown: Dr. Alison Ash vs. Reid Mihalko!

If you were a big fan of “I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours" as a kid, or you always wished there was a reality show called “Shagging With the Stars,” then this workshop might be for you. Tell your friends. Bring a date. Bring a notebook, too, while you’re at it!

We can’t promise you reality TV level drama, but we can promise you some down-to-earth, applicable sex and relationship education, and lots of laughs. Sex Educator Showdown is a wealth of sex geekery and informative experience that you don’t want to miss.

Join me and world-renowned sex and relationship geek Reid Mihalko of ReidAboutSex.com for an evening of LIVE demonstrations and watch as we go head to head sharing and showing our personal stories and bedroom secrets!

In this entertaining, informational, guaranteed-to-be-funny and friendly “competitive” throwdown, we’ll let the audience watch, take notes, ask questions, and, when the dust finally settles, connect with us and mingle with like-minded people.

Show up to this fun-filled, evening workshop and learn:

• What sex educators do under the covers and how

• Their best tips and tricks (and probably not the kind you read about in Cosmo)

• Their favorite, black belt sexy-sexy time moves!

• And much, much more…

Because of Sex Educator Showdown’s sometimes explicit and frank nature and live demonstrations, no one under 18 admitted.

Meet Our Educators

Meet Dr. Aly: Dr. Alison Ash, aka Dr. Aly, is a trauma-informed intimacy coach and educator, Stanford University Lecturer, author, and founder of TurnON.love. A champion for others overcoming shame and deepening pleasure, Dr. Aly helps her clients experience the kinds of sexual interactions and romantic relationships they long for.

As a sociologist with a PhD from Stanford, Dr. Aly has a comprehensive understanding of the complex societal challenges that often lead to unsatisfying and disempowering intimate experiences. She has helped pioneer research into the orgasm gap and has written on topics ranging from pleasure in heterosexual dynamics to queer and trans identities and experiences. Her book Gender Ambiguity in the Workplace: Transgender and Gender-Diverse Discrimination has been widely recognized as a vital resource in creating more informed, inclusive, and equitable workplaces.

In her work as an intimacy coach and educator, she also draws on her extensive training in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Innate Somatic Intelligence Trauma Therapy Approach, and Somatica Method of sex and intimacy coaching to support her clients to radically explore and courageously express themselves.

Dr. Aly designs workshops, courses, and retreats and offers individuals and couples coaching to give others the tools to discover their desires and confidently pursue them. She invites you to TurnON pleasure, intimacy and love at www.TurnON.love

Meet Reid Mihalko: As seen on NETFLIX' "Chelsea Does..." alongside Chelsea Handler, Reid Mihalko (he/him) of ReidAboutSex.com is an internationally known sex and relationship geek who helps adults create more self-esteem, self-confidence, and greater health and accountability in their relationships and sex lives using an inspiring mixture of humor, personal stories, keen insight, live demonstrations, and comprehensive sexual health information.

Reid’s workshops and online courses have been attended by over 80,000 people from all over the globe. He has appeared in media such as Oprah's Our America With Lisa Ling on OWN, HBO & NETFLIX, Dr. Phil's The Doctors on CBS, Bravo's Miss Advised, Fox News, in Newsweek, Seventeen, GQ, The Washington Post, and in thirteen countries and at least seven languages.

In early 2018, some very brave people came forward during #MeToo sharing harms that Reid had caused them. Reid stepped down from teaching and initiated a restorative justice-based accountability process to address his misconduct and make amends if and where possible. The formal, year-long process along with Reid’s apology and resources were shared publicly and can be found at ReidAboutSex.com/reidaccountability. Going forward, Reid’s projects and appearances will include pointing people towards resources and experts on restorative and transformative justice-based accountability processes.

For Reid, the skills it takes to make relationships healthy and turn mediocre sex into great sex are learnable by everyone. The question is: Do you have the courage to be the change you want to see in the bedroom?
