A well-tied cuff is invisible; a poorly tied cuff will end a scene. Join us for a deep dive into the physics of constructing cuffs, an essential building block in any tie.

Self-Tying Rating: Yes, Absolutely

We'll cover how to create in-line cuffs (or 'hojo' cuffs) to both secure limbs and create sturdy harnesses. Students will leave with the ability to ‘cuff on the fly’ to create adaptable (and restrictive!) ties.

This class is part of our Shibari 102 track, taught on the first Sunday and fourth Saturday of the month.

102 classes focus on foundational rope skills - the things we practice the most. You don’t need much, just the ability to tie a single column tie and a willingness to learn. Loaner rope is available for use during class.

You Should Bring: A few pieces of rope (or use our loaners!) A partner to tie with Curiosity, patience, and a playful mindset

🎟️ Sunday Studio Series tickets include access to that day’s Open Studio from 6:00–9:00 PM.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event (less transaction fees). Within 7 days, credit may be offered at the Studio’s discretion. No refunds or credit for no-shows. To request a refund, contact us: info@devilmaskstudio.com
