Workshop Description:
Step into a thoughtfully curated space where live figure drawing meets Shibari-inspired movement, somatic awareness, and creative community.
This is not a traditional art class or a passive performance — it’s a participatory, aesthetic experience designed for artists, creatives, and curious souls who want to explore presence, form, and connection through drawing and shared atmosphere.
Whether you come to sketch, paint, observe, or simply be part of a meaningful creative environment, you’ll be supported by both a live artist facilitator and a somatic coach who guide the room through grounding, flow, and respectful engagement.
All experience levels are welcome.

Artists arrive, choose a spot, and set up around the stage area. Light grounding and orientation offered by our somatic guide to help the room settle into presence and creative flow.

For the final experience, artists are briefly invited to step out while the scene is prepared.

James Marshall
Meet James Marshall, founder of UniKINK, a passionate Shibari mentor and teacher dedicated to creating a safe space where community connection, meditation, and mindset converge. James harnesses the captivating art of Shibari, a form of Japanese rope bondage, to foster deep connections within the community. His teachings emphasize the meditative aspect of Shibari, allowing individuals to explore their inner selves while strengthening their mindset. James views Shibari as more than just an art form – it’s a tool for personal growth and community building.
Skye Nunez
Ever curious and eager for exploration, Skye is an eros facilitator committed to building a connected community. A newer rope bottom in the community, Skye loves to explore the possibilities of Klnk, Tantra & Shibari and hold space for others.
Rafael Martinez
Born in Pereira, Colombia; Rafael Martinez has lived as an artist in New York and San Francisco since arriving in the United States as a child. He has studied scientific illustration at Bronx Science High and Art Education at City College in Harlem, as well as Fresco restoration in Lorenzo de Medici school in Florence.
Rafael is now a life coach for artists and a relationship coach for individuals and couples. He teaches his signature Art Transmission Course which takes an intimate cohort of artists through a three month journey of uncovering their process of creating their best work.
His art explores spirituality, relationships, and what desires inspire/move us to be who we are.
