Sitting With Discomfort: ENM Emotional Resilience

Why this was created

This workshop was created to support people navigating ethical non-monogamy who often feel overwhelmed, ashamed, or alone when big emotions come up. So many of us were taught to avoid discomfort or rush to fix it—especially in relationships—but that often leads to disconnection. This space was designed to slow things down, offer practical tools, and normalize the emotional work of ENM. At its heart, it’s an invitation to build more compassion—for yourself and your connections.

Is this you?

You’re navigating the beautiful, complex world of ethical non-monogamy…

But sometimes, it’s just plain hard.

  1. You get caught in a spiral of comparison or jealousy
  2. Your first impulse is to fix, blame, or shut down
  3. You’re wondering if you’re “doing it wrong”

You’re not broken. You’re human.

And this workshop is here to help.
