Have you ever sensed the kind of intimacy you want hovering just beyond reach, close enough to feel but not quite touch?
There are many reasons it can be hard to create a pleasure-filled sex life and emotionally-secure relationships. We all receive messages about who we are supposed to be, how we ought to feel, and how we should express ourselves, often enforced through shame, silence, and disconnection.
This eight week course is designed for anyone who struggles to let someone in, or who simply wants to expand their capacity for meaningful, authentic intimacy. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based approaches to deepen connection, speak what matters with more ease, and inhabit pleasure and desire with more of your body online. All classes feature a combo of lecture with optional breakout room discussions and experiential exercises plus extra time for questions and individualized support after. Supplemental materials include handouts, readings, and demo videos.
Whether you’re entering new territory with someone, tending a long-term bond, or learning to feel at home in your own skin, this course supports your ability to have satisfying sex and nourishing relationships. It is open to monogamous and non-monogamous individuals and couples.
Recordings available for those who can't attend live or want extra review. Check out the detailed curriculum, reviews, and more.
