Small shifts create powerful changes.

This 45 minute workshop focuses on subtle, accessible posing techniques that enhance shape, mood, and confidence without strain or extreme flexibility. We begin with a quick refresher on boudoir comfort language, consent, and agency. Seated versions are always equal, and comfort comes first.

You will learn the “zipper line twist,” a simple three step adjustment that creates an effortless S curve and natural waist definition without aggressive arching. We will drill hips away, ribs back, soften and lengthen, with guided partner cues to build muscle memory quickly. We also cover phone specific camera rules to instantly improve proportions and mood, including ideal height, distance, and zoom strategies. A live demo will show the difference framing makes in real time.

From there, we explore how fabric creates a story without changing the pose. Tiny tugs, holds, and tension shifts give your hands purpose and elevate narrative. You will leave with three adaptable poses, seated edge, high kneel variation, and side lie S curve, all designed to work across body types, mobility levels, and energy states.

Low effort. High impact. Immediately usable.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. No entry after 8:30PM.
