This soothing experience invites you to release self judgment and open to the truth of your worthiness. Through a blend of gentle hypnosis and vibrational sound healing, you’ll be guided inward to gently dissolve patterns of self doubt and criticism and anchor into a deeper sense of compassion, confidence, and love for yourself.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin by exploring the theme through conversation, introspection, and intention setting before moving into a guided group journey. Supported by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state with gentle hypnosis techniques to release, renew, and connect with your inner wisdom.
Following the journey, we’ll take time for gentle integration, energetic cleansing, and optional sharing in community.
- Comfortable clothing is recommended.
- A limited number of backjacks and blankets are available on a first come first serve basis.
- Optional items to bring: yoga mat, journal, eye mask, blanket, and anything else you will need to feel comfortable seated and/or laying down.

Samira Ghassemian is a spiritual hypnotherapist and student of shamanic medicine in the Shipibo tradition.
What began as a quest to heal herself from a lifelong struggle with mental health issues and the lasting effects of trauma developed into a deep commitment to her soul’s mission to assist and guide others along the path of healing, reclamation, and awakening.
Working within a trauma-informed lens, she is passionate about bringing together elements from her diverse background of studies, including Reiki, hypnotherapy, somatics, sound healing, and plant medicine, to create a holistic approach that supports the unique needs of each individual and helps restore balance and harmony of the mind, body, heart, and spirit.
