Southbay ENM Hike

Are you curious about, or a veteran member of the non-monogamous community? Do you like to hike, too? Then us on a lovely ENM hike for great conversations while enjoying our beautiful bay area nature scenery!

This time we will link the Toyon trail, Old Spanish trail and Coal Mine Ridge loops for a 4.3mi moderate hike that is estimated to take us 2hrs. The hike is mostly shaded and features beautiful views, a bridge, some benches and even a swing among the oak and eucalyptus trees. Sometimes we have community members who are willing to lead extensions to the hike, if you want more. Sometimes we get lunch together afterwards. Either way, we always have fun along the way!

We will meet at the Coal Mine Ridge Trailhead on Alpine Rd, near Willowbrook Dr.

Important Notes:

This area is known for ticks.

The trail has an 711ft elevation gain and some narrower parts.

Parking is limited at the trailhead. There is street parking available, but that may add length onto your hike.
