Sunday Sound Bath at the Dungeon

  • LOS ANGELES, CA -
  • 13 people on the list-

When was the last time you felt totally calm, clear, and rested?

Join Jordan Wolan for a deeply relaxing immersive experience featuring crystal and metal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments to help you close out the week and reset for the new one. If you struggle with relaxing or regular meditation, a sound bath can immediately help you drift off into inner peace as the sound frequencies take over.

Sound baths help slow the brainwaves and raise the frequency of the body's energetic fields. Plan to be transported elsewhere. It’s even common to fall asleep – the technical term for a sound bath is "a fancy nap.”

Benefits include:

  • relieving stress and burnout
  • better sleep
  • deeper connection with the body
  • clearing out stuck energy
  • can assist with relieving pain
  • creative downloads
  • let go of anxiety
  • soothing the nervous system

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye covering, and a water bottle, and any power objects you want to charge. We recommend to refrain from eating a large meal or drinking a lot of water before as you will be lying down for about 60 minutes.

SCHEDULE: Doors open at 5:50pm and we begin promptly at 6pm. Please arrive early in order to set up your space and settle in. Latecomers will NOT be admitted after 6:15pm, as we cannot accommodate late arrivals once the event has started.

Location: This event is held at Dungeon East, a private photo studio that is one-of-a-kind and hosts regular classes and events for the alternative & kink community. This sound bath happens to be the only sound bath taking place in a dungeon in the world.

If you have been curious to check out this kind of space, join us for this low-key healing setting. Whether you’re a returning visitor or coming into the space for the first time, this sound bath is a way to rest, relax, and rejuvenate in a beloved inclusive community setting, where queer, trans, and anyone else who needs to reset or recharge is welcome.

"Very empowering, Jordan! As if a part of the universe with new possibilities opened for me. Amazing!" ~ satisfied sound bather
