A grounding, mid-week class that blends slow flow, yin, mindful stretching, and breath-centered movement. Each session carries a mystery theme that may include shadow work, oracle reflection, gentle dance, or light Yoga Nidra.
Designed to help you reset, release tension, and reconnect to your inner rhythm—with support, props, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
