We shall be diving into pleasure exploration by learning and practicing more expanded awareness with pleasure.

This will be an enjoyable somatic experience as we learn and engage sharing pleasurable experiences with others and can help strengthen bonds and create positive connections with different relationships.

Event Format

1. Welcome and setting intentions
2. Guidelines for participation
3. Opening Community Circle Share
4. What is Tibetan Tantra?
5. Ways to enhance pleasure
6. Somatic Movement short practice
7. What is Tantric Union Breathing?
8. What are the benefits and how do we do this practice?
9. How this practice can be modified for different relationships and for more than 2 people.
10. We will break up into pods of 2 to 4 individuals to practice together (you can choose to participate or be an observer, no need to bring a partner if you don't have one, you can choose to pair up with someone new) More about this in person.
11. Closing Circle Share

When: Wednesday 3/26/25 at 6:30pm - 8:30pm, please arrive 5 to 15mins prior to get settled as we will start promptly.

Location: In Oakland, Specific address to be announced to ticket holders as we get closer to the date. Restrooms will be available.

Things to bring: Water bottle, we will be on the ground so please bring anything that will provide comfort/support such as pillows, meditation cushion, yoga mat, yoga ball, small blanket etc. Please send me an email for any specific accessibly needs.

Covid/Flu protocol: To ensure the safety and wellbeing of attending any in person event, Please stay home if you have been sick/ill within a week from the day of event. Masks are optional.

Sliding Scale Pricing Options: No Refunds are given however credit can be given toward future event if you are unable to make it or you can give the ticket to someone else(please make sure to send me an email of this change).

Scholarship Rate: $40 This is if you experience limited resources

General Rate: $65 This is if you can pay a little more

Pay It Forward Rate: $90 This is to help fund the Scholarship pricing
