What to Expect.

Step into a world where yoga meets the primal force of sound and movement. This isn’t about poses or perfection—it’s about embracing the dual energy of Hatha through ecstatic dance, vocal expression, and a deep connection to the Self. In this playful "playshop," we’ll guide you through powerful, grounding movements and vocal shakti invocation, creating a joyous meditation in motion.

Hatha (Ha-Tha, described as a “sun-Moon”)

In a warm, open space infused with unconditional love, we’ll start with voice techniques that help us resonate with our inner frequency and flow. No need for complex poses or intense choreography—just move as you feel, in a progression of rhythm and harmony that takes you deeper into meditation. You’ll explore how to connect with yourself in new ways, tuning into your divine essence with each movement and tone.

This is a completely opt-in experience, where you choose what feels comfortable. Expect laughter, release, and a newfound way to connect with yourself in a supportive and joyful atmosphere.

1. Release the emotional baggage that accumulates in the body due to exposure to traumas in our life and causes us to suffer.
2. Experience a practice of yoga that is incredibly liberating
3. Re-set the nervous system and get a good physical work out for our bodies
4. Induce in ourselves a state of excellent and bliss-filled meditation.

What to Bring/Wear.

Wear something comfortable that lets you move with ease—whether it’s your favorite cozy wear, a fun outfit, or something that makes you feel free. Bring a water bottle and an optional meditation mat or cushion.
