This version offers the same grounding stretch + shadow work experience, but with the freedom of a clothing-optional container.
You get to choose what feels comfortable and supportive for your body as you explore your inner world gently and without judgment.
We open the body with simple stretches, then move into slow holds and soft reflection prompts that help you meet your emotions with honesty and kindness.
The practice stays grounded, safe, and spacious — never pushing you past what feels right.
What to Expect:
* Accessible stretching
* Longer holds for emotional release
* Simple shadow-work reflections
* Breathwork
* A respectful clothing-optional environment
* Lots of space to feel and soften
Optional Props:
* Pillows or bolsters
* Blocks or books
* Blanket
* Strap or scarf

* Anything that supports your comfort

* Registration closes 15 min. prior to class start.
* We begin class when everyone has arrived.
* Cameras must remain ON for the entire class.
* For optimal viewing, please set up yoga space, to see body horizontal.

* Be fully present: no multitasking, phones, or background distractions.
* Clothing-On Classes: Please remain clothed in comfortable movement layers.
* Clothing-Optional Classes: Nudity is welcome but not required — always choose what feels safest for your body.
* Respectful presence only: No sexual behavior, explicit touching directed at the camera, or inappropriate comments.
